A LEAD THE WAY Intro Workshop

LEAD THE WAY is offering an introductory workshop to groups where participants will have the opportunity to engage in spirited, wholistic, brave, and transformational spaces with innovative and groundbreaking leadership principles that teaches community and supports the unleashing of their own limitless imagination and dreams.
We design and facilitate spaces with deep intention using the following frameworks: Community Building and Care, Youth Development Methodologies, Groundbreaking Leadership Philosophy, and Anti-Oppressive Leadership Practices.
Group outcomes:
Deepened sense of belonging amongst group
Group is able to connect their personal mission to larger group mission
Group is able to articulate the intended impact on community and connect it back to the mission
Each individual feels seen, heard, and valued

This workshop can be facilitated in one 2 hour session (for maximum impact we recommend two workshops length depending on the size of the group)

Community Freedom Leaders Seminar
For High School & College Students

The Community Freedom Leaders Seminar will gather students on campuses and in their classrooms for a non-partisan interactive experience where they will:
Learn how young people have been a fundamental driver of major movements throughout the history of the United States
Be introduced to the history of freedom leaders in America
Deepen connectedness to community
Learn the intersection of ones purpose and the vitality of community
Define their purpose in community
Experience the power of group grounding exercises
Participants will identify how they will contribute to the collective way forward. Learn more about this program here.

We Who Believe in Freedom is a transformative workshop designed for everyday concerned individuals seeking to align their personal mission with the collective pursuit of freedom and justice. Drawing inspiration from the wisdom of our ancestors and the lessons of history, participants will embark on a journey of rediscovery, personal empowerment, and community building.
